Walk into your IEP or ARD meeting prepared, confident, and ready to advocate effectively for your child. Our Meeting Prep & Coaching service gives you expert support before and during your meeting. You'll work with a certified special education specialist who helps you: ✓ Understand your rights and legal requirements ✓ Review your current IEP/504 plan and identify priorities ✓ Prepare your questions, concerns, and recommendations ✓ Practice advocating clearly and professionally ✓ Navigate the meeting with expert support How it works: Your first appointment is an intake consultation. We'll discuss your child's needs, your goals for the meeting, and what concerns you most. This helps us tailor our coaching to your specific situation. After intake, we'll prepare together. Sessions may include document review, strategy discussion, role-playing scenarios, or real-time meeting support (phone/video during your actual meeting if you choose).
